LET’S START TODAY (again)

On July 26, 2026,
after experiencing Massive Attack’s 90-minute performance
— the final-day headliner at FUJIROCK FESTIVAL 2026, Japan’s most famous rock festival —
from the absolute best position, right in front of the barrier in the center of the front row,
I, kzszk a.k.a. PUNKS TRADEMARK ATTORNEY,
was absolutely certain that this was — and would remain —
the best live performance I would ever experience in my lifetime.

At the same time, I was struck by a revelation:
as a real PUNKS, I must constantly ask myself whether I’m losing my way,
keep giving the middle finger to fxxkin' shit and RESIST!
So I pledged to put this into practice in my own fxxkin’ way.

Under these circumstances,
on this day, August 15, 2026 —marking 81 years since the end of WWII—
I hereby declare the launch of my own Indies Hardcore Runwear Apparel Brand,
as the next phase of PUNKS TRADEMARK ATTORNEY.

For now, this brand’s missions are as follows:

(1)“If it doesn’t exist, make it yourself!”
In keeping with “The DIY One-Man Army Punk Attitude”,
to design and produce unique runwear apparel that I myself believe to be truly appealing.

(2)From my own fxxkin' view as the PUNKS TRADEMARK ATTORNEY,
I shall explore ways to share my professional expertise
with independent creators, artists, musicians, and others, thereby providing useful information.

(3)To build a bridge connecting Fashion Law and subculture / street culture,
I shall share useful knowledge in the form of case studies
based on real-world practical experience through running my own apparel brand,
on topics such as the desirable structures and negotiation strategies for licensing agreements involving existing artworks,
distribution license agreements with existing overseas indies brands, and so on.

As a first attempt,
I've decided to aim to found the Japan branch of “ANTI FASCIST RUNNING CLUB”,
a running team and runwear apparel brand, based in Berlin, Germany.
That's because,
I spent all three days of FUJIROCK 2026 running around looking for any pioneers
who might have founded the Japan branch before me, but it seems there aren’t any.
So, here I go again—activating “The DIY One-Man Army Punk Attitude” lol.
Accordingly, today, August 15, 2026,
I successfully completed my own fxxkin' 22km Tokyo Imperial Palace Half Marathon run!
And while I am at it,
I’ve decided to keep holding the Tokyo Imperial Palace Half Marathon every month on the last Saturday morning lol.

I am planning to formally contact the Berlin headquarters soon,
and as soon as I obtain their approval, I hope to develop these activities into an official Japan branch
—including the planning and production of collaborative runwear apparel—
while also sharing updates on how these efforts develop.
