PUNKS TRADEMARK ATTORNEY is a strictly DIY & Non-Profit One-Man Army Project launched by me,
living as a PUNKS for 3.5 decades and working for 16 years as a professional trademark attorney in Tokyo, Japan.
The mission of this project is to investigate and research the names and expressions
that define the self-identity of artists, musicians, and independent creators
from the perspective of trademark law, and to provide support—sometimes on a pro bono basis.
